As part of our Land Ahoy topic we looked at the life of a pirate and decided to design and create a remote control that would make his journey across the seas easier. We added a button to tell us about the weather, tv screen to watch their favourite show whilst steering the ship, voice recogniser so we could talk into it and relay instructions to the crew below deck to name just a few of the amazing adjustments we would make. We even talked about how to make it water proof, they are sailing the bumpy seas you know!
