This term in 1 Red we are focusing on the dance element in PE and how to be dance heroes. The children needs to be champion dancers by the end of the term which means they need to listen carefully, look and observe each other and move in various ways. Today we had to dance and freeze, when the music stopped the children had to freeze with various different balance poses and show each other how they did it. Lots of skill and precision was required. It was a successful lesson with many future dancers in the making!
