On Wednesday, year 3 and 4 were extremely lucky to be visited by the Denis Eagle mobile classroom to learn all about the importance of correctly recycling rubbish. The children completed a workshop inside the truck, carried out a litter pick around the school yard, then carefully disposed of their rubbish in the correctly coloured bins.
After their workshop and litter picking sessions, the children created some wonderful posters to educate others on the importance of ‘the three R’s’- Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
