‘In person’ Workshop for families – Emotional wellbeing for parents of autistic children & young people.
After listening to feedback from some families who shared that accessing online webinars is something they cannot do and that ‘in person’ events are more personal and preferred. We have decided to deliver our online webinar on ‘Emotional wellbeing for parents of autistic children & young people’ as an ‘in person’ workshop at the Autism Hub on Tuesday 23rd September 10am – 11.30am.
Certificate of attendance will be issued.

Introduction to Yoga – Wellbeing yoga session for parent/carers & family members of autistic individuals.
Continuing from our wellbeing workshop and recognising the importance of supporting the mental & physical wellbeing of families. We have organised a free yoga session tailored to parents and carers, this session will include breathing exercises to support the nervous system and help adults find their breath to instil some calm, as well as some very gentle movement and yoga poses. This session is suitable for all levels and abilities.
DATE: Tuesday 7 October 2025
TIME: 10am – 11am.
AT: Autism Hub, Gordon St, South Shields NE33 4JP.
Please be aware that we can only accommodate 15 people in this session so we kindly ask that you only book a place if you can definitely attend.
