Well done to our 100% attendees for last week!

Year 2’s new theme in Learning Means the World is all about Paddington’s Passport. After discovering that Paddington was born in Peru we decided to do some research about this South American country that none of us have visited.
2 Red worked as a team to create their very own display about Peru and it’s capital city Lima. It’s full of interesting facts and photographs and currently takes pride of place on our wall.
Ian, from St John’s Church in Hebburn, came to visit us for a special assembly to discuss how we are all special in different ways; how to think about each others feelings and respect each other at all times. We had a lovely sing and a dance together.
If your child hasn’t had a flu vaccination and you would like them too, the School Immunisation Team have arranged a flu vaccine clinic at Palmers Hospital in Jarrow, Monday – Friday 3:30- 4:45, all this week and next.
This is for children in reception to Year 6 and Secondary Year 7,8 and 9.
To book a clinic appointment please phone 0191 4028179
