1 Red had the wonderful opportunity to visit Beamish museum for their school trip. The were fabulous ambassadors for the school who were impeccably well behaved and were extremally excited and enthusiastic to learn about things that happened many years before they were born. They visited the dentist, farm, cottages where people lived and found out how different the houses were to where they live. They looked at old electrical equipment, visited the bank, the estate agents and they even got to see how sweets were made, but the best part of the visit was being able to sit as part of an infant school class, however many children said they preferred Mrs Sikka’s class and the Ma’am at Beamish school was very strict. We did lots of walking in the warm sun and everyone was so happy not one of them complained. They are an absolute credit to the school.
