What a fabulous week of learning we have had in year 5!
We started off the week looking at lots of evidence linked to the Moon landing. We looked at blueprints, newspaper clippings, witness statements and photographs. The class came up with lots of questions about the Moon landing, then held a debate as to whether we thought the Apollo 11 mission was a hoax or not. We definitely have some future politicians in our midst!
It has also been lovely to see some very creative homework coming in to school. We have had non-chronological reports, fact files, solar-system necklaces and 3D printed planets!
