Online Safety Assembly & Workshop

20th July 2022A Docherty

Year 3 and Year 4 completed their online safety assembly.  They talked about all the things they have learnt across the school year.  Some of these things were:

    • Self image and identity
    • Online relationships
    • Online reputation
    • Online bullying
    • Managing Online information
    • Health, wellbeing and Lifestyle
    • Privacy and Security
    • Copyright and Ownership

We are so very proud of what the children have achieved in their online safety Lessons.

The parents then stayed for a workshop with Amanda Hayward from the Openzone.  We discussed a range of safety elements such as age ratings and setting safety systems on devices.  The slides from this have been shared on dojo.

If you require and help or advice please do not hesitate to get in touch.
